A mother of four, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and business data analyst for seven years at Lippert, Jana is the kind of woman who can see the bigger picture, break it into a plan, and find a way to make it happen.

She's analytical by profession, intuitive by nature, and relentlessly determined when something matters to her. Give her a challenge worth pursuing and she'll research it, question it, organize it, and chase it until the vision starts becoming reality. She's not afraid to think differently, challenge the status quo, or take the road less traveled if she believes there's something worthwhile on the other side.

But there's more to Jana than spreadsheets, strategies, and ambitious goals.

She's a devoted mother, an avid reader, a fitness enthusiast, and someone who believes that personal growth should never come at the expense of actually enjoying life. She appreciates the finer things, loves a little luxury, and believes there's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting more—as long as you're willing to put in the work to earn it.

Thoughtful, fiercely loyal, and unyielding when she's passionate, Jana pairs a strong sense of purpose with a genuine love for people.
